Talaga Herang Lake

Talaga Herang is a small lake on the border of three villages namely Jerukleueut, Padaherang, and Lengkongkulon Village in Sindangwangi district, Majalengka, West Java, Indonesia. The Talaga Herang Sindangwangi tourist destination is approximately 22 km from downtown Majalengka with a travel time of about 45 minutes. 

The water in Talaga Herang is water that flows from an underground river and its source of water comes from Mount Ciremai. Talaga Herang is an area at the foot of the mountain. Talaga Herang means lake with clear water. This lake is quite deep and rocky, but the water is clear. 

Hundreds of fish in this lake can be seen clearly. Uniquely the fish in this lake cannot be taken and those who catch them will be subject to a fairly large fine. This lake is quite deep and rocky, but the water is clear. 

Talaga Herang offers a variety of activities that can be offered to visitors. Just playing with water, wading through the taro with a water rickshaw, or being able to swim in this clear and cold lake water. The price of admission to Talaga Herang is IDR 5,000 / person. Additional costs that must be incurred when visiting Talaga Herang tourism are vehicle parking fees. Rp. 2,000 for motorbike tickets and Rp. 5,000 for car tickets. (Entrance ticket prices for Talaga Herang tours and other additional fees can change at any time.
