Nihiwatu Beach is in 17th position of the 100 best beaches in the world

Nihiwatu Beach is in the West Sumba region, Sumba Island, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province, Indonesia. It is located 30 kilometers from the city of Waikabubak-West Sumba, NTT.

For surfing fans, this beach must be on your list of places to visit. Because not only does it offer amazing views, this beach has become a paradise for world surfers to try the ferocity of the beach's waves.

This white sandy beach has earned the nickname Left God Waves because of the ferocity and perfection of the waves as an invitation for surf lovers to come and challenge themselves to surf here. The waves at Nihiwatu are claimed to be one of the fastest in the world. This makes world surfers curious about conquering the waves on this beach.

What makes this beach popular is that the beautiful view from it can beat the famous panorama from Hawaii, namely Hanalei Bay. In addition, the owner of this resort is a foreigner, but the employees at this resort are Indonesian.

To protect and secure the comfort of surfers, the Nihiwatu Sumba beach resort has created a rule that will limit the number of surfers. Of course, this will make surfers have to queue first if the beach already consists of more than 10 people surfing.

For those who don't like surfing at this beach, visitors can do activities in the form of fishing, snorkeling, diving or even just enjoying and watching the birds. Apart from that, visitors can also cycle and climb mountains through this beach. What is certain is that activities there will prevent visitors from feeling bored. This is also the reason why this beach is the best beach and a must visit.

If you are interested in traveling there, then it will be easier for you if you depart from the island of Bali, precisely at the airport called Ngurah Rai with the destination Tambolaka airport. When you have arrived at the airport, you can rent a car or maybe you can contact the resort. That way, they will guide you until you arrive at the resort so you can enjoy the excitement and beauty of Nihiwatu Sumba beach. The location of this beach is around 30 km from a city called Waikabubak, West Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. If you don't know the map, then try opening Google Maps first.
