Cikaso Waterfall, a Waterfall Full of Charm

 

Cikaso Waterfall, located in Ciniti Village, Cibitung Village, Surade District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia. Curug Cikaso, also known as Curug Luhur, has three waterfall points, each named Curug Aseupan, Curug Meong and Curug Aki. This waterfall, which has a height of 80 m and a width of 100 meters, presents natural beauty and a stunning waterfall.

Cikaso Waterfall is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in West Java province, although to reach it requires hard work and courage, because you have to wade through the river to reach Cikaso Waterfall which is in the middle of the forest.

 The rumbling of this waterfall makes the sound of nature winning. Apart from the green of the trees, the rushing water and the dew dots that decorate the leaves add to the beauty of Cikaso Waterfall.

Under the Cikaso waterfall there is an estuary called Tegalbuleud which is very clear with turquoise water. The Tegalbuleud estuary is quite wide and visitors can use it to play in the water. But please be careful at the end of the estuary because this estuary is very deep, around 15 meters, and there is a vortex under the water that is quite strong.

 If you look at the location, this waterfall is around 8 kilometers from Surade, 15 kilometers from Jampang Kulon, 32 kilometers from Ujung Genteng, around 98 kilometers from Sukabumi City, and around 70 kilometers from Palabuhanratu.
