Riau is a province of Indonesia, located in the central part of the island of Sumatra. The province has an area of 107,932.71 km with an area of 89,150.15 km² land and sea area or 18,782.56 km². With the total area of the above Riau Province consists of many islands either already named or not named. This provincial capital is Pekanbaru. The natural beauty of Riau Province are numerous, some of which are as follows :
1. Pantai Jemur di Pulau Jemur

Pantai Jemur, the beach on the island of Jemur is located approximately 45 miles from the capital of Rokan Hilir, Bagansiapiapi. Jemur has scenery and beautiful natural scenery, besides. 2. Danau Zamrud (Zamrud Lake)
Zamrud Lake is the village of Emerald, District Siak Indrapura Siak District, Riau Province which is about 180 kilometers from Pekanbaru. The lake is actually made up of a combination of the two lakes are two lakes that are the Big Island Lake (2,416 ha) and the Lower Lakes (360 ha). on the Big Island Lake is named, there are four islands formed from silt and vegetation. Four of the island is the island washed away because it can move, consisting of the Big Island (10 ha), Middle Island (1 ha), Island youngest (1 ha hectares) and Pulau monkey (2 ha) because there are many monkeys (macaques tailless) inside it.
3. Pantai Tanjung Medang (Tanjung Medang Beach)
Tanjung Medang beach is the beach located in the northern part of the island Rupat, Bengkalis in Riau province. Stretch of white sand along the 17 kilometers over a width of 300-500 meters at low tide, exposing a 'masterpiece' of art from God. The beach is directly opposite the Malay Peninsula. If facing the Northeast will face Malaysia Melaka, whereas if it's facing north, then from Rupat will face Malaysia Port Dickson. The shortest distance Rupat mainland North Island with mainland Malaysia is as far as 38 km, namely Tanjung Rusa near Port Dickson Malaysia.
4. Pantai Selat Baru (Selat Baru Beach)
Selat Baru beach located in the village Selatbaru, District Bantan, Bengkalis District, Riau Province, Indonesia. Bengkalis Government has made these beaches as one of the flagship attraction. Pangkalan Kapas Waterfall is located at Lubuk Bigau, Kampar Kiri Hulu, Kampar regency, Riau province. This waterfall has a height of about 150 m. The location is southwest of Pekanbaru city with a distance of about 135 km
7. Sungi Kopu (Kopu River)
Kopu river is located in the village of Tanjung, District XIII Koto Kampar, Kampar District. In this village, there is a river called Sungai Kapur Kopu or flanked by two steep rock cliffs and there are waterfalls. River Kopu (lime) is the upper reaches of the river are in West Sumatra Province and empties into the Kampar River. 8. Taman Nasional Bukit Tiga Puluh

Bukit Tiga Puluh National Park is located in the province of Riau and Jambi. An area of 143 143 hectares is comprised of tropical rain forest and is famous as the last place threatened species such as the Sumatran orangutan, Sumatran tiger, Sumatran elephant, Sumatran rhinoceros, Asian tapir, sun bears and various species of birds are threatened. Bukit Tiga Puluh National Park is also a place for the Orang Rimba and Talang Mamak. This National Park is located in the south of Pekanbaru across the province of Jambi.
9. Cagar Alam Bukit Bungkuk
(Bukit Bungkuk Nature Reserve)
Bukit Bungkuk Nature Reserve is located in the district administration. XIII Koto Kampar district. Bangkinang West Kampar regency. The nature reserve has an area of 20,000 hectares and is located in the southwest city of Pekanbaru and constrained by the border of West Sumatra Province
10.Taman Nasional Tesso Nilo (Tesso Nilo National Park)
Tesso Nilo National Park is a national park located in the province of Riau, Indonesia. This national park was inaugurated on July 19, 2004 and has an area of 38 576 hectares.
Regions that are in the national park is the former district forest concessions (HPH) located in Pelalawan and Indragiri Hulu. Up to now there are still around the concession area.
There are 360 species of flora belonging to 165 genera and 57 tribes, 107 species of birds, 23 species of mammals, three species of primates, 50 species of fish, 15 species of reptiles and 18 species of amphibian in every hectare Tesso Nilo National Park. Tesso Nillo also is one of the remaining lowland forest that is home to 60-80 elephants and an elephant conservation area
